??We are seeking a team-oriented and professional Neurosurgeon on a fee-for-service basis to be part of our dynamic department. The Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region’s Neurosurgery Section includes 4 specialists with diverse sub-specialty interests.
The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region (RQHR) offers opportunities for medical professionals to be part of a dynamic health team providing superior patient care. RQHR is the largest health care delivery system in southern Saskatchewan, and one of the most integrated health delivery agencies in the country.
RQHR offers a full range of hospital, rehabilitation, community and public health, long-term care and home care services to meet the needs of more than 260,000 residents living in cities, towns, villages, rural municipalities and First Nation communities within the Region. The Region covers a diverse geographic area of approximately 26,663 square kilometres.
Neurosurgery services are based out of the Regina General Hospital, our trauma center, representing all major surgical specialties, except transplant. On call duties will be shared with other members of the Neurosurgery Section.

Successful candidates for the above position will hold certification or be eligible for Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) and be eligible for licensure to practice in Saskatchewan. In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens, residents of Canada and those with RCPSC designation in Neurosurgery.
