Our Urology Opportunity:

An opportunity presents for a specialist to engage in a diverse and high quality Urology practice in a busy fee-for-service setting in our health region.

A guaranteed weekly OR access and a generous amount of procedural time in the ambulatory care and endoscopy units will be available to the successful candidate upon arrival (much of the Urology Surgery in the RQHR is completed laparoscopically). The program is complimented with a high quality Anesthesiology program and a day surgery unit which has extended hours for patient recovery. The arriving specialist would share in a minimum of a 1 in 4 call rotation. The position also includes the opportunity for involvement in research and academic pursuits; a clinical appointment with the University of Saskatchewan would be encouraged.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and be eligible for licensure to practice in Saskatchewan. In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
